After following the security situation in kaduna state, i feel compelled to share my concern about the safety of kaduna state people.

I feel emergency numbers should be released on all media channels. citizens should be educated on emergency protocols and encouraged to report any suspicious person around them to the authorities.

We can not in good faith asked our citizens to care about elections when their lives are at risk.

Dr Saleh Pashi who’s a peoples democratic party stalwart in kaduna state, during a chat with global Politics News Weekly said,

I strongly urge Governor Nasiru Elrufai of kaduna state and the kaduna state government to do more by intervening to support the federal government and security agencies to mitigate a potential strategy he advised.

Dr Pashi cited unemployment and poor economy management as another thing that causes insecurity and needs experts that can turn around things for the betterment of the people.

He asked the people of the state not to give up and urged them to come out en-masse to vote the peoples democratic party candidates from the presidential to the state assembly for the needed change the state needs.

He said the focus of the peoples democratic party is to change the face of the government in kaduna state and make it a wealthy state in truth as against it current status of being a wealthy state only on paper.

He also advised people to be very careful about some political parties and politicians who are using tribalism and religion to campaign.

He called on people to be mindful of such people as there’s no political party that belong to any particular tribe or religion.

He said such politicians have an aim of splitting the oppositions votes to give the APC an advantage to retain power beyond 2023 and people must be very careful about that.
