The federal high Court seating in kaduna has fixed tomorrow Friday-4-11-2022 for ruling of the case between Hon Sani Shaban and Sen Uba Sani all of APC.

earlier today, the ruling judge in a message to both parties said, he’s yet to finish writing the judgment due to many cases he’s attending to.

If you could recalled, the case was earlier adjourned to today Thursday-3-11-2022 for ruling after the judge could not make it last week due to number of cases under him where he said he just returned from Enugu state where he went to pass another judgment.

Hon Sani Shaban earlier approached the court over the APC Gubernatorial primary election which he’s an aspirant asking the court to disqualifie the primary election which produced Senator Uba Sani saying the election was full of irregularities

Today, the judge said he was not able to finish writing the judgment due to work, but beg both the parties to return tomorrow for judgment.
